At MyApron, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a transparent shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your tracking shows “Delivered” to request a return.
After 30 days from delivery, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

All original tags and labels must be attached

Item must be returned in original packaging

No signs of perfume, smoke, stains, or detergent
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or made-to-order aprons

Personalized or embroidered items

Clearance or final sale items
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at:

Clear photos of the item (front, back, and tags)

Reason for return
We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
5. Return Authorization Requirement
Do not send any items back without receiving an official Return Authorization (RA) from our support team.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

We will cover return shipping costs OR
-
Provide a prepaid return label

Offer a replacement or full refund
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Customer Remorse Returns
If the return is due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference:

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Any customs or import charges are also the customer’s responsibility
8. Size Exchanges
We offer size exchanges within the 30-day return period:

Customer pays return shipping

We ship the replacement size free of charge
9. Return Processing Time
Once your return is received, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
You will be notified by email once the inspection is complete.
10. Refund Approval
After inspection:

Approved refunds will be processed immediately

If an item is not eligible (used, damaged, or incorrect condition), it may be rejected and returned to you at your cost
11. Refund Method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
For security reasons, we cannot refund to a different card or account.
12. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
13. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled.
14. Address Changes
Shipping address changes are only possible within 24 hours of order placement. After dispatch, changes cannot be made.
15. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if:

Items are returned in a damaged or incomplete condition (not caused by us)

Returns are accepted as an exception after the return window
16. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

If a package is returned due to being unclaimed or delivery failure:

18. International Returns & Customs
For international returns:

Mark the package as: “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value”

Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
19. Currency & Exchange Rates
Refunds are processed in the original currency used at checkout.
We are not responsible for bank exchange rate differences or conversion fees.
20. Gift Returns
If your order was marked as a gift:

A store credit or gift voucher will be issued

It will be sent to the original recipient via email
21. Fraud Prevention
