A: Delivery usually takes 6–13 business days (Monday–Friday), including:

3. Order Management
Q: What is your order cut-off time?
A: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next business day.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.

A: Address changes are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After dispatch, changes cannot be made.
